Do your research. This company falls under the brand that is owned by a monopoly based in Italy. I call them the Mafia company. They want o dominate the market

Buy for here and expect to be ripped off. Often double the price. They done price match either. Why would they because they intentionally rip customers off and fo this silly get another pair for 30% off but it works because people impulse buy

I go to this store to try sunglasses on but would never buy from them in my life time. If you knew how much it costs to produce gasses in generally I think you would be in for a nasty shock as well which is why the industry is classed as one of the biggest rip offs in any industry but buy online

Btw, it’s gets worse. They do price match but against their own site!!!! This means if you walk into any of their stores and dins it cheaper on their own web site they will match it. Oh dear it really can’t get worse for me. Talk about knowingly ripping people off

DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY. The website tells you delivery is within two days, this is a lie. Ordered a pair of Ray Bans over a week ago and delivery was supposed to be two days later. Still no glasses, no tracking details and no communication from Sun glasses hut. I've sent them two emails and got auto reply's saying due to demand I will receive a reply within approx 10 working days! Disgraceful service!!

Purchased a pair of sunglasses online using a 25% discount code. The code validated but upon check out, I was charged full price. I raised the issue with customer services. The issue hasn’t been resolved. They are slow to respond and are not interested in resolving the issue. Such a bad experience as a first time customer. The glasses aren’t cheap. I shall be returning them. I will not be using sunglasshut again.

Absolutely shocking.. chargw my account then dont deliver when i ring up order has been cancelled as out of stock.. no refubd unless i ask.. what a joke company!

Purchased Prada glasses from Canterbury branch and the assistant “heated and adjusted”them to within an inch of their lives. Subsequently the glasses have never sat right on the face.
Several adjustment sessions later and we’ve been left with a pair of expensive duds.
The various staff in Canterbury have given every excuse possible including the following,
It’s because………
You keep them in the box
You don’t keep them in the box
You wear them on the wrong part of your face
The best though is……..
They’re not supposed to be worn in the sun!

Awful..avoid and use another retailer .ordered two pairs of Ray-Bans for my holiday only to find their deliveries are experiencing ‘technical difficulties’ with no revised delivery date given..I called their office and was told I’d have to wait for the order and then return them (after explaining that I’m going on holiday for 3 weeks tomorrow!)..and apparently they don’t even have a consignment or delivery number so the easiest thing would surely be to cancel it at source and just give me my money back but they refused!.bunch of sharks and fraudsters with no moral high ground..

Ordered a pair of prada sunglasses said pick up in 2 hours once purchased said the estimated time was 4 days

I don’t normally write online reviews but after visiting the Sunglass Hut in Milton Keynes this morning I felt compelled to do so.

The assistant (Chris) who served me today couldn’t have been more helpful. Nothing was to much trouble and he resolved my glasses issue quickly and efficiently and to top it off there was no charge.

Will definitely be back if I ever need to purchase more glasses or have an issue with any of my existing ones.

Excellent service.

Purchased rayban sunglasses lost in transit ,then took over a month to refund my money even though ups had admitted they had lost them after 5 days

Bullring Birmingham staff extremely helpful. On entering they spoke to me and asked if I needed anything to just ask. I asked their opinion on various glasses and they gave me advice. I felt a very valued customer and I love the Ralph Lauren glasses I bought!

But want me to send back glasses then will send out new ones 3 weeks without glasses summer is only like 8 weeks here COME ON Sunglass Hut it just the strap that was missing

I have bought many pairs of sunglasses from Sunglasses hut. I went into the Guildford store today to purchase a pair of Holbrook Black style Oakleys. The display pair was the only pair in the store. The shop assistant said she would polish them. After a pretty poor polishing job I pointed out that there were small scratches on one of the lenses. She offered a paltry 10% off. I also pointed out that I held a forces discount card which also attracted an additional 10% off. She told me I could not have both. This made no sense to me. I tried to make her see the stupidity of her argument. She would not budge so we walked away from the sale. Very poor customer service in Guildford. I won’t be shopping here again. The fact that sunglass hut Do do nothing about the plethora of negative comments, says it all really.

Chris 512413 at Sunglass Hut in the Walt Whitman Mall was very attentative to my needs. I had a beautiful pair of red ray bans with a prescription. I needed them changed over to a lens with no prescription. Most places wanted a lot of money to perform this task. It was my first time in that store. He performs his job well.

Bought a pair of Clubmasters from this place. Girl put a scratched pair the was missing a screw in the bag and I didn't notice until I got home. Took them back the next morning and was told "too bad". This was at the hut in macy's. Salesgirl was a total POS who could care less about customers and totally ripped me off. Do not buy anything here

Shocking. Sunglasses arrived very late despite a delivery date given. someone from customer care was of course looking after my case but no sign of anyone now that payment has been taken. Complete shambles and now need to work out for myself how to return the items and secure a refund. Bought them instead from opticians direct. Brilliant service, super fast delivery and very helpful.
